    About our cloud and DevOps company

    OpsServing is a cloud and DevOps engineering practice working with funded startups and scale-ups across the EU and US. Seven years of production infrastructure work behind it, nine cloud certifications, and an EU legal entity in Slovakia.

    Our purpose is to give a growing company the infrastructure practice it cannot yet justify hiring for: designed properly, documented as code, and handed over the moment you want it back.

    // Expertise

    Where the depth is

    Six areas we work in every week, each backed by production work, not a services brochure.

    AWS Infrastructure & IaC

    We design and migrate production infrastructure on AWS, with every resource defined in Terraform. Nothing depends on console clicks: the platform is reviewable in pull requests and ready to hand over.

    TerraformAWSECSEKS

    6+ production migrations to AWS.

    Kubernetes

    We run containerized workloads on Kubernetes: cluster setup, autoscaling, workload security, and upgrades that don't take production down. Right-sizing gets the same attention as uptime, because idle capacity is silent spend.

    KubernetesEKS

    CKA, CKAD, and CKS certified.

    Cost Optimization & FinOps

    We go through the bill line by line: compute sizing, storage classes, transfer waste, forgotten environments. Every finding comes with a savings estimate, so you decide with numbers instead of guesses.

    EC2GravitonS3Snowflake

    AWS bills cut 46% and 45% on two engagements.

    CI/CD & Release Engineering

    We build pipelines that are fast, reproducible, and boring in the best way, with manual gates only where they earn their place. Deploys authenticate through OIDC instead of long-lived keys, and stop being an event your team schedules around.

    GitHub ActionsGitLab CICircleCIJenkinsBitriseTerraform

    More than 20 pipelines implemented or optimized across Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.

    Cloud Security & SOC 2 Prep

    We harden AWS accounts to the standard auditors and enterprise buyers expect: least-privilege IAM, managed secrets with rotation, WAF and rate limiting. The evidence lives in code, not in screenshots.

    IAMSecrets ManagerWAF

    AWS Security Specialty certified.

    Observability & SRE

    We set up monitoring and alerting that says what broke and why, before your customers tell you. Structured incident response and runbooks turn outages into a process instead of a panic.

    CloudWatchNew RelicPagerDuty

    Incidents down 50%+ across 26 production services.

    // How we work

    The same sequence, every engagement

    No discovery phase that bills for a month before anything moves. Access is read-only until there is a written plan you have agreed to.

    1. Assess

      Read-only access first. You get a written map of what you are running, what it costs, and what would break next, before anything is touched.

    2. Prioritise

      Findings ranked by what an outage or an auditor reaches first, each with an effort estimate beside it so small items do not crowd out large ones.

    3. Build

      Changes land as Terraform and pipeline code in your repository, reviewed like any other change, proven against staging before production.

    4. Operate or hand over

      Either ongoing ownership on a monthly basis, or documentation and a walkthrough so your own team picks it up cleanly. Both are normal endings.

    // Stack

    What we build with

    Standard tooling, in your own accounts and repositories. Nothing proprietary sits between you and your infrastructure, so ending an engagement never means a rewrite.
